ReunionCare offers a subscription-based software platform that brings a care circle together in one place. Core features include real-time messaging and photo updates, a shared calendar with tasks and reminders, and proactive wellness monitoring. The platform is a communication and coordination tool for families and care teams.
ReunionCare is a coordination and communication platform. It is not a healthcare provider, does not deliver medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Wellness information shown in the app is informational only. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not rely on the platform for urgent or time-sensitive medical needs.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services.
Access to ReunionCare is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation options are presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
All software, content, trademarks, and materials made available through ReunionCare are owned by ReunionCare Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
ReunionCare operates an SMS program for promotional and marketing communications only. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from ReunionCare at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. For assistance, reply HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE] or email support@reunioncare.com. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReunionCare Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
